1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges in the event of quality issues, such as defects, damages, or stains. To qualify:

 • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
 • Any quality issues must be reported immediately upon opening the package, prior to use or wear.

2. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

 • Personal Reasons: If the courier requires further coordination, such as arranging a second delivery or any other communication to complete the delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier. In cases where the customer refuses to coordinate with the courier to resolve such issues, we will not process refunds. Changes of mind or preferences after purchase are also not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 • Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the package requires re-delivery, the customer will be responsible for covering all additional shipping costs.

 • Incorrect Sizing: Please ensure you carefully review the size chart provided on our website before placing your order. If the wrong size is selected due to personal reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. As clothing is considered a personal item, it cannot be resold. If you have any uncertainties, please feel free to contact our customer service via WeChat or email.

• Used or Washed Items: Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

Other Circumstances: If the package is marked as “successfully delivered” by the carrier but is lost or stolen due to factors beyond our control—such as theft after delivery or mismanagement by a front desk or condo management—we cannot provide a refund or replacement. Our confirmation of delivery relies on the carrier’s tracking information, and once marked as delivered, the order is considered complete.
