• Canada: Free shipping is available for orders over 30 CAD.
 • United States: Free shipping is available for orders over 30 USD.
 • For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, a shipping fee will apply at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

 • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped out on the next business day after purchase.
 • Tracking Information: Due to high order volumes, tracking numbers will be provided within 3-5 business days after the package has been shipped. Once uploaded, tracking details will be sent to your email.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Total Delivery Time: From the time of placing your order to receiving it, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
